Who handles your data
The data controllers are Clara & Alexis, the couple, acting privately and only to organise their wedding. Contact: claravzrz@gmail.com.
What we collect
First and last name, email, phone (optional), whether you’re coming, your guests’ names, transport needs, your comments and, only if you tell us, allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements.
Why
To organise the wedding: knowing how many people are coming, planning the menu, buses and accommodation, and sending you information about the event.
Health information
Allergies and intolerances are specially protected data. We only store them with your explicit consent, only we can see them, and we’ll share them with the caterer only as far as needed to prepare your meal.
How long
We’ll delete health information no later than one month after the wedding, and all other guest data no later than six months after.
Who we share it with
We never sell or pass on your data. It’s stored by technical providers acting on our behalf: Supabase (database, EU), Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (email delivery).
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to claravzrz@gmail.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority (AEPD in Spain).
Cookies
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. We only remember your preferred language and, in the private area, the couple’s login session.
